Research Notes
Mother is hypothesized (based upon oral family history) to be a Thorp and it is suggested that mother is daughter of William Pleasant Thorp and a female slave based upon DNA match to KFJackson on Ancestry. However, William Pleasant Thorp is not known to own any slaves ever in his life and no other descendents other than KFJackson are matching.
