Biography

Aunt K. went to Albany State Teacher's College in the early 1900's but did not like teaching. She went to work for the census and then the IRS in Washington DC. She met Uncle Cliff on a train on her way home to Troy, NY at Christmas time. He worked for Bell Labs as an engineer. They lived in the Bronx and Passaic NJ. They used to vacation in California and moved there when they were in their 50's. Cliff continued to work as an engineer. I know this from conversations with Aunt K.

WHen Aunt K was 4, she went to live with her Grandmother who had lost one of her children. Aunt K's mother, Margaret Winters, had died. When Margaret's daughter Catherine (Katie) Winters married Chris Fazioli, Her grandmother and she went to live with them.^[1]
