Biography
Richard Halford Fox was born in 1828 in Ramsgate, Kent, England, the son of Elizabeth (Bugden) Fox and Thomas Fox.
He was christened on 24 January 1828 in Ramsgate St George, Kent.[1]
He married Elizabeth Wellman at Kent in 1851.[2]
In 1852 they emigrated to Australia on the "Persian".[3]

- Walter Richard Fox (1860–1861)
- Elizabeth Ann Fox (1863–1912)
- Agnes Mary Fox (1867–?)
- Anna Ada Fox (1870–?)
Richard died in 1897 in Raglan, Victoria, Australia.[4]
