Biography

Arthur was born on the 8th of November, 1889 in Walla Walla, Washington. His parents were Edward Nathan Foster and Charlotte Rauch.

Arthur married Mary Fern Perry in 1909 in Portland, Oregon. Together they had two children: Kenneth Leo Foster (1909-1977) and Thelma Rebecca Foster (1915-1969).^[1]

He was the third husband of Lucy Kremers.^[2]

Art Foster passed away on the 5th of January, 1975 in Portland, Oregon. He is buried in the Riverview Abbey Mausoleum and Crematory in Portland Oregon.^[3]

Though the last name is spelled wrong on the profile what we have is matching birth year and matching death date. His first wife passed away in 1960 so that fits with being Lucy Kremers 3rd husband who passed in 1975.
