Biography
Marie-Louise Fortin was born on 8 Sept 1796 and baptised on 28 Sept at St-Ignace-de-Loyola, Cap-St-Ignace. She was the daughter of Joseph Romain Fortin and Marie-Genevieve Fortin.[1]
Joseph Pépin Lachance, son of Gabriel Pépin Lachance and Marie Chatigni, married on 25 Aug 1812 at St-Jean, Ile d'Orleans, to Marie-Louise Fortin, daughter of Joseph Fortin and Genevieve Fortin.[2]
Marie Louise Fortin, wife of Joseph Pépin Lachance, passed away on 15 May 1826 and was buried on 18 May at St-Jean-Ile-d'Orleans.[3]
