Birth
William was born in 1837. He was the son of Joseph Flowers and Sarah Pickering.
Marriage and Children
He married, in 1865, Sarah Lavinia Bump. They had a home in Philadelphia, Pa., and had two children:
- William Leon, b.1866, admitted to the bar in Doylestown, Pa., in 1890
- Ellen Jeanette, b.1869, married William Watson Rich
Death
He passed away in 1894.
