Biography
Philena Flint, daughter of David Flint and Elizabeth (Griffith) Flint, was born on 13 August 1813 in New Lebanon, Columbia County, New York.[1]
She married James Minor Sexton, son of William Stout Sexton and Clarissa (Bacon) Sexton, about 1839.[2]
She appeared on the census of 1 July 1880 at Shenandoah, Page County, Iowa. Her sister was living with her.[3]
Philena died on 16 August 1907 at the home of her son in Tampa, Hillsborough County, Florida.[1] and was buried at Woodlawn Cemetery, Tampa, Hillsborough County, Florida. Her memorial has photos and links to those of family members.[2]
