I see that you have created a number of Pre-1700 profiles using finnholbek.dk/ as a source. Since many share these ancestors Pre-1700 Profiles require reliable sources. The Denmark Project Reliable Sources lists reliable sources. The finnholdbek source would not be reliable, and the Danmarks Adels Aarbog, Thiset, Hiort-Lorenzen, Bobé, Teisen., (Dansk Adelsforening), [1884 - 2011] is reliable with conditions. Someone from the Denmark project may be able to help you with this.

I have a question about Norwegian/English transcription, hoping you will help me. On Anderson-24946, you have written in Norwegian in the first sentense of the profile. Will you tell me what it means, please? Thank you.
Thanks for creating pre-1700 profiles like Marit Knudsdatter (1693-1759).
Please try to provide at least a birth or death location guess rather than leaving all locations blank. This helps disambiguate people since we have a global tree, locations help distinguish one profile of the same name from another. Even a guess such as a continent, e.g., Europe, is better than blank. Please read more here.

You've created a bunch of profiles referring to the template Nb.no., but no such template exists today. Can you please correct the profiles?
Thanks.

I work mostly with early English ancestors to New England in the Puritan Great Migration profile, adding research to several other people's families - as well as my own Aldrich family. This, however, is the first time (that I recall) that anyone has done such a huge favor for me and my Norwegian family. I am grateful.

You've probably been hard at work adding family members and getting connected to those that are already here. You should have at least a few profiles that you manage now. We are also going to give you just a few more tools that can take you even deeper into the WikiTree forest without getting lost: How to Dig a Little Deeper.

WikiTree is different because our goal is to have one profile per person, and that means we all work together as a BIG collaborative team!
You'll get an email from us that has helpful links to get you started on WikiTree, which is not like any other genealogy site out there.
When you confirm your email address, youll have an opportunity to volunteer and tell us about your genealogical interests.
What brings you to WikiTree? Do you have research youd like to share? Are you interested in how your family fits into the big tree? Fill in the tags and comments on your profile to show what you're researching? and click the "Save Tag(s) and Volunteer" button, and one of our Greeters will be happy to confirm your membership, and youll be on your way!
