Biography

Arthur was born in 1875. He was the son of Henry Flaugher and Matilda Hannah.

He married Lizzie Demaris, daughter of Henry Demaris and Miss Jones, on Mar. 27, 1901 in Clermont County, Ohio.^[1]

He passed away in 1967.
