She was the daughter of Augustus Henry Fitzroy, 3rd Duke of Grafton and Elizabeth Wrottesley.[1][2] She was born on the 1st of June 1780.[2] She married Francis Almeric Spencer, 1st Baron Churchill of Wychwood, Oxfordshire, son of George Spencer, 4th Duke of Marlborough and the Lady Caroline Russell, on the 25th of November 1801 at Euston, Suffolk, England.[2][3] She died on the 7th of January 1866 at the age of 85 at Ranger's Lodge, Charlbury, Oxfordshire, England.[1][4]
