Biography

Mary Fitzgerald was born at Maynooth, Kildare about 1556, daughter of Gerald Fitzgerald, 11th Earl of Kildare and his wife Mabel Browne ^[1]

In 1575 (or 1584) Mary married Christopher Nugent, son of Richard Nugent and his wife Elizabeth Preston ^[2] & ^[3]

She died approximately 1610 and was buried at Delvin ^[1]
