Lawrence was born in 1921. He is the son of Averell Fisher and Mary Carley.
He married Claudine Frances Miller 9/13/1941. Claudine passed away in October 1969. Larrie and Claudine had 4 children: Cecilia Marie, Mary Ann, Timothy Gordon, and Lynette Louise.
Larrie married Marjorie (Colaw) Driver 10/25/1969.
