Biography

Birth

Barbara Vilas Finley was born on 27 Aug 1914 at Sisters Hospital in Los Angeles, California, the daughter of were Dr. Theodore Gawn Finley and Bertha P. (Vilas) Finley. In 1920, Barbara Finley was living at Redondo, California, with her grandmother, Alice (Brown) (Finley) Davis and her husband, at the age of five,[1] and in 1930 she was loiving with her mother and sister at Los Angeles, at the age of 15.[2]

Marriage

Barbara Vilas, 21, and Owen King, 26, both of Los Angeles, California, married there on 19 Sep 1936.[3] In 1940, Owen and Barbara King were living at Los Angeles with a two-year-old daughter.[4]

Death

The gravesite inscription for Barbara Finley King at the Westwood Memorial Park in Los Angeles, California, is inscribed with the dates 1914-2006[5]
