Biography
Kenneth Charles was born in 1914. He married Anita M Nichols at the farm home of Kenneth's parents in Enid OK. He lived in Driftwood OK for many years, farming the area behind his house as well as land in Kiowa KS. He passed away in 1976. Buried in Enid Cemetery, Garfield Co., OK near his parents and son Richard.[1]
1940 Census: Banner, Garfield, OK: Kenneth 25 head, . Rented home $7/mo, in 1935 lived in Garfield (Enid) Co. Completed 4yrs HS. Employed 70 hrs as a truck driver. Worked 52 wks in 1939 for $400. Wife Aneita 25 completed 4yrs HS, worked 40 hrs as 'Egg Breeder' in 'Egg Plant' for $0, worked 0 wks in 1939. Son Richard 3, Kenneth Jr 2, Rita Rae 7/12. Also maid Aline Honeywell 17 born KS lived Wichita KS in 1935, completed 1yr HS, worked 48 hrs, 26 weeks in 1939 for $52.[2]
