Biography

Aurilla, daughter of Weldon Fenwick and Amanda Spicer[1] was born in Snider Mountain, Kings, New Brunswick on 26 Jul 1887.[2] Their family lived and farmed in Studholm, Kings, New Brunswick.[3]

After the death of her mother, her father married Alberta Jane Schofield (her mother's widowed sister) in 1895. Their blended family lived in Lancaster, Saint John, New Brunswick; her father worked as a trader.[4]

She married James Rattary Izzard in Westmorland, New Brunswick on 16 Jun 1904.[5] Their children were:

Their family continued to live in Saint John where James was a baker in his own bakery.[21][22][23]

She passed away in Blacks Harbour, Charlotte, New Brunswick on 10 Dec 1964[1] and was buried in the Fernhill Cemetery in Saint John, Saint John County, New Brunswick.[24]
