He was born September 25th, 1892 to Wilfred W Felker and Gertrude Frances Stevens during her first marriage. For a time, he lived with his grandparents, Jeremiah and Elizabeth Felker from before 1900 to after 1910. [1] He married Henrietta Legault November 29th, 1913 in Haverhill, Massachusetts.[2] Henrietta and Wilfred had many children together. He passed away in 1972.

Austin's half-brother, George may have been a product of an affair between Wilfred Felker and Anna Pierce while Wilfred's first wife, Gertrude, was pregnant with Austin.
