The Baptism record on Familysearch is the same for both Barbara's. I don't see any proof that they are 2 different persons, same names, same father's names and the same date of Baptism.

Sorry this is a circular argument. A baptism record is just a baptism record. Just because it has been attached to a person on a website doesn't mean it is actually theirs. Why was it attached? What evidence do you have that this is actually her baptism? Do you have any other proof that she was born in that year or that place or with those parents? You say she has the same fathers name. The fathers name on the baptism record, or do you have that from somewhere else as well? It is a common name, and there could be multiple Barbara Feas born in Shetland around that time.

Why do you think that this Barbara Fea, who ended up in Dunrossness, is the same Barbara Fea christened in Tingwall (21 miles away) in 1732? I can see no proof of this at all.
