Eliza Lydia Farrar was born on July 24, 1840 in Ogdensburg, St. Lawrence County, New York, United States, daughter of George Farrow (<1808–1888) and Catherine Walker (1815–1899).
Eliza (22) married Dwight Charles Payne (23) (born on August 18, 1839 in Pierpont, Ashtabula County, Ohio, USA) in 1863.
Eliza died on June 23, 1917 in Trempealeau, Trempealeau County, Wisconsin, United States, aged 76. She was buried in Trempealeau Cemetery, Trempealeau, Trempealeau County, Wisconsin.[1]
