There has been speculation that the name of Savoye changed to Lavoye for the Robert Lavoye (Lavoye-46) line.
Documents show that Henri Savoie (Di_Savoia-16), born 1572, was Anna's youngest son with Giacomo (Jacques) Savoie (De_Savoie-124).
The link below says that Anna d'Este did include Robert Lavoye (Lavoye-46), born about 1575 in her last will and testament, but there is no evidence that he is the son of Giacomo (Jacques) Savoie De_Savoie-124.
Given that Robert is included in her will, it's possible that Robert was Anna's son out of wedlock. It does not explain the name changing from Savoie to Lavoye in the Robert Lavoye line, however. There is no evidence that Robert was a Savoie at birth or of Savoie blood.
It has been proposed that Robert Lavoye is the illegitimate son to Anna d'Este, as of this date there is no solid documentation to prove this assumption.
