Donald Sinclair Esplin MBE was born in 1912 at St Leonards, New South Wales, Australia. He was the son of Donald Esplin and Daisy Reid.[1]
Donald served in the 2nd AIF during World War 2 rising to the rank of Major and was awarded the Member of the British Empire (MBE) for his service.
He married Yvonne Bronwen John in 1950 at North Sydney, New South Wales.[2]
Don worked as an architect with his father and brothers.
