Biography
John was born in 13 April 1819. at Whitby, Yorkshire. His parents were James Eskdale and Ann Andrew. He was christened on 18 April 1819 at Whitby, Yorkshire.[1]
He was a Mater Mariner.
John, son of James Eskdale, married Mary Moffott on 17 June 1844 in St Hilda, South Shields, Durham, England.[2]
John passed away on 21 September 1894 at 21 Beaumont Street, North Shields. (Probate Newcastle-upon-Tyne 14 December to Mary Eskdale widow. Effects 583 pounds, 13s, 10d.)
