Soldier Anders Dahlström and the widow Sigrid Hansdotter in Bogården were married in 1744 as the ninth couple out of eleven. Exact dates are not given.[1]
We find them in Bogården in the household records.[2][3][4][5]
Former soldier Anders Dahlström died in a chest fever 21 December 1785. His obituary tells us tah he was born in August 1722 to soldier Erik Hultman and his wife Greta Hök (perhaps not in Arbrå). He married in 1744. He had been commissioned to service in Bohus, in Västerbotten Finland, and in Pommarn. He had three children.[6] So he fought - or at least served as a soldier - on three widely separate fronts and yet died at home.
The soldier's widow Greta Höök died in Arbrå parish, 80 years old, and was buried 14 August 1763.[7]
