"To All people to whom these presents shall come know ye that we William Beckham Junior Noah Reid & Lucy Reid his wife Late Lucy Beckham Thomas Moran & Mary Moran his wife Late Mary Beckham Harrison Legg & Nancy Legg his wife Late Nancy Beckham of the County of Licking & State of Ohio & Hugh C.
