Mary Virginia Ellet was born on January 24, 1839 in Lynchburg, Virginia, United States, daughter of Charles Ellet (1810–1862) and Elvira Augusta Daniel (1817–1862).
Mary (28) married William Daniel Cabell (33) (born on January 13, 1834 in Union Hill house, Virginia; son of Mayo Cabell and Mary Cornelia Briscoe (Daniel) Cabell) on July 9, 1867 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Their children were:
Mary died on July 4, 1930 in Michigan City, LaPorte, Indiana, United States, aged 91.[1] She was buried in Green Hill Cemetery, Berryville, Virginia.
