Biography
Sarah was born in 1890. Her parents were James and Sarah Elkerton. She married George Edward Lowe in 1910 in Grafton and they had one child. He died later that year. In 1814 she married Robert John Chester Rankeillor in Grafton and they had two children. She passed away in 1971.
