Peter Eckrich was born to Ignatz and Marie Elisabetha Spindler Eckrich in Waldsee, Bayern, Germany on 21 Jan 1864.[1]

He founded Peter Eckrich & Sons Inc., which began in Fort Wayne, Indiana as a small meat market. [2]
