Freda Edna was born in 1920 in Lockwood, Saskatchewan. She was the daughter of John Ebel and Katherine Meissner who were farmers. Freda's father died in 1929. Her mother married Johann Fischer in 1945.
Freda married Gerald D. Watson and they lived in Regina. He worked for Inland Cement. She was still living when Gerald passed away in 2005. Freda passed away after 2005.
