Biography
Thomas Easley is a part of US Black heritage.
He married Elizabeth "Betsy" unknown.
They were the parents of Frank Easley, b 28 Jun 1848 in Jacksonville, Texas.[1] This Frank Easley seems to have spent all his life in Cherokee County, Texas.
They were the parents of Rebecca "Becie" Easley, b. 1857 in Houston County, who married George Walker "Walker" Moore or More.[2]
They were the parents of Emily (Easley) Crouch, born about 1864 in Memphis, Tennessee, according to her death certificate; she could have been born in Texas about 1860.[3]
Thomas Easley was a registered voter in Harris County, Texas, 24 Nov 1869.[4]
In 1880 Thomas Easley was age 63, b. SC, parents b. VA.; his wife Elizabeth was age 65, b. Tennessee, parents b. SC. Son John Easley was age 19, b. Texas. Daughter Rachel Easley was age 32, b. Tennessee.[5]
He was the father of Rebecca Easley Willis, b 1848.
