George Charles Duggan was born in 1872 in Omeo, Colony of Victoria, son of Mary Garioch Walker Lyon (1845–1922).^[1]

George married Blanche Letitia Robertson in 1901.^[2] They had the following children ...

Mr. Charles Duggan.
An esteemed resident of Ensay, Mr. George Charles Duggan, died at the Bairnsdale District Hospital, on 24th January. He was 77 years of age. Mr. Duggan's wife predeceased him. He leaves a family of three daughters and one son. The funeral took place on Wednesday. Rev. Campbell Vollmer, of the Presbyterian Church, officiated at the graveside in the Ensay, cemetery, and the funeral director was Mr. Geo. Holford.^[4]
