Dudley-5995 and Dudley-629 appear to represent the same person because: Was adding spouse for a duplicate Samuel Wood and now need to merge these two profiles.

I am disconnecting Jane Dudley of Massachusetts from Samuel Wood of Virginia. Massachusetts and Virginia had little interaction in thost days. She married a Massachusetts man named Samuel Wood, so she did not have any reason to start a bigamous relationship with a man from Virginia with the same name.

There were other women named Jane Dudley in Virginia. Apparently one of them has become conflated with this woman of Massachusetts.
