Ruth was born in 1929. She married Leslie Foxall in 1951.^[1] She was the daughter of Albert Driscoll and Olympia Dally. She passed away in 2008. She was buried in Tūrangi Cemetery, Tūrangi, Taupō on 30 Jun 2008.^[2]
