The East Kent Gazette - Saturday 26 April 1930 says:

Drew-Clark. - On Easter Monday April 21st, 1930 at Holy Trinity Church, Milton Regis, by Canon Drake, of Eastchurch, assisted by the Rev. J. N. Wells, Vicar, John William Norman Drew, the only son of Mrs. Drew, of Deal, to Hilda Ellen the youngest daughter of Mr. and Mrs. T. Clark, 2, Albion Cottages, Milton Regis. [2]

Death

John died 21 April 1962 and his probate was processed in London on 14 August 1962. He was a resident of Whitstable at the time of his death. His probate links him to Hilda Ellen Drew. [3]

The Guardian (London, England) of 25 April 1962 says:

On April 21, suddenly, at his new home, in Whitstable, Kent, and late of Heald Green and Liverpool. John William Norman, M.B.E., dearly loved husband of Hilda and father of Geoffrey and Patricia. [4]
