Isabel (Drenka) Draney was born in British Columbia, Canada.
Isabelle was the daughter of Joseph John Drenka & Anna May Makar.
In 1931 Isabel was 18, living at 3306 Royal Oak Ave in Burnaby, BC with her parents Joseph Drenka, 50, an Iron Worker at Ornamental Ironworks, and Annie May Drenka, 42. Their children were Paul George Drenka, 21, a Truck Driver; Isabela Drenka, 18; Arthur Frank Drenka, 17, a Labourer at odd jobs; John William Drenka, 15; Annie Alice Drenka, 13; Ethel Eva Drenka, 10; Helen Ida Drenka, 7 and Joseph Verge Drenka, 4[1].
