"Francis Drake clerk Rector of Uplyme and Vicar of Seaton and Beer/ son of Thomas Drake of Yardbury Esqr by Dorothy his wife daughter of William Palmer of Combrawleigh clerk / who married Elizabeth the eldest daughter of Charles Tudway of the city of Wells in the county of Somerset Esqr died the 5th day of April and was buried the 9th day of the same month ".
