Biography
Mattie (Dowell) Galloway was a Kentuckian.
Martha or Mattie as she was fondly called by family and friends, was born in 1860. She was the daughter of Riley Dowell and Julia Gross. She passed away in 1953. Buried in the Cedar Hill Cemetery in Irvington, Breckinridge County, Kentucky.
