Biography

James was born in Maine in 1921, the son of Hollis Dow and Ida Dowling.^[1] He married Shirley Gardner before 1950.^[2] James passed away in Illinois in 1988^[3][4][5][6] and is buried in Fairfax County, Virginia with Shirley.^[7][8]
