Biography
Valery Doiron is a part of US Black heritage.
Valery was born in 1844. He was the son of Edmond Doiron and Marie Arsene Doiron.
In the 1850 census Valery (age 4) was in Ance Charpantier, St Martin, Louisiana, United States.[1]
Valery served with Ragsdale's Battalion in the Texas Calvary with the Confederate Army during the Civil War.
In the 1880 census Valerie (age 32), Farmer, was the married head of household at 4th Ward, Cameron, Louisiana, United States. With wife Marie, 3 children.[2]
In the 1900 census Valee, Farmer, was the married head of household in Big Lake, Cameron, Louisiana. With wife Mary, two children.[3]
Valery died on 27 October 1927 and was buried in Dorion Cemetery, Cameron Parish, Louisiana, United States.[4]
