Content Dexter was born on February 5, 1701 in Barnstable, Massachusetts Bay, daughter of Stephen Dexter (1657–<1733) and Anna Saunders (~1673–>1729).
Content (23) married Ebenezer Landers (25) (born on September 17, 1699 in Sandwich, Barnstable, Province of Massachusetts Bay; son of Thomas Launders and Deborah (Freeman) Landers) in 1725 in Barnstable, Massachusetts Bay Colony. Their children were:
