Biography
In a letter written by his daughter, Irene Marie Dennis and passed on to her family said that William came from Edinborough Scotland. He first lived in Sault St. Marie Michigan (the year isn't stated).
He married Roxanna Ashlock in Gainsville Texas. They had two sons. William and Paul. Both died young ~2yrs of age of diptheria. Irene was born Feb 17, 1895 in Kansas City, Missouri.
She mentions that her dad, William, died in Alaska during the gold rush and was working as an engineer for the US government.
