Osmond worked as an apprentice for Peter Tierney, who owned the shipyards later known as the Paynesville Boat Yards, which he bought from Sylvus Eriksen in the 1890s.[4]
Death
Osmond died in 1963 in Bairnsdale, Victoria.[5] and was interred in Paynesville Cemetery. [6][7][8]
