Julia was born in 1848. She was the daughter of Richard Vinicombe Davy and Ann Marshall Bromley. She died in 1940.

DEATH OF MRS. TREMEWAN DAVY.
The death occurred at Plymouth on Sunday, of Mrs. Tremewan Davy. Mrs. Davy was the widow of Mr. Tremewan Davy, a member of a well-known and respected Penzance family. Mrs Davy (formerly Miss Julia Vinicombe) was the daughter of Mr Richard Vinicombe Davy, a former Penzance Mayor. Her husband was articled to Mr. Edward Hearle Rodd, of Penzance, and practised as a solicitor in Manchester, where he died.
