Biography

Evan Davis was born to unknown parents, likely in England, before 1635.^[1] Evan paid taxes in Lancaster County, Virginia Colony, based on the size of his labor force. The county assessed him for three tithables, 6 Feb 1655,^[2] for six tithables, 7 Dec 1655,^[3] and for five tithables, 5 Nov 1656.^[4]

Death

Between 26 Dec 1668 and 2 Mar 1670.
