Helen Georgia Davis, the daughter of Benjamin Davis and Mary Morgan, was born on 8 October 1897 in Winnsboro, Wood County, Texas,^[1] and she died on 1 October 1990 in Lockhart, Caldwell County, Texas.^[2] She married J W Wilks on 17 July 1915 in Greyson County, Texas.^[3]
