Biography

James was born about 1856. He was the son of Robert Davis and Anne.

He was a farmer as recorded on the censuses but a grocer's assistant on his death registration.

He passed away a bachelor in 1911.

Monclink is a townland in County Donegal in the Barony of Raphoe North and Parish of Raymoghy. The Parliamentary Division is East Donegal and it fell under the Poor Law Union of Letterkenny. The District Electoral Division (DED) was Kincraigy.
