Research Notes
On the tombstone, it does say born February 20, 1880. However, we already know that she had a brother, Aschal born May 1, 1880.
We also know that Mae is NOT on the 1880 census with her parents. However, she is on the 1900 census with her parents at age 19.
To confuse things more, the 1910 census lists here as age 26 (birth 1884)
SSDI lists her birth as February 20, 1881 which she applied for HERSELF in September 1963. THIS IS THE DATE WHICH I DECIDED TO USE
