Grace Emma Bulmer Davis (married name Hall) was born about 1871 in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia, the daughter of Charlotte Rubens Henrietta (Bulmer) Davis and Richard Bulmer Davis.
She married Thomas Russell Hall in 1894 in Victoria.[1] Their children were:

- Richard Bulmer Hall (1896–1964)
- Charlotte Reubens (Hall) Craig (1898–1984)
- Margaret Russell Hall (1900–1984)
