Samuel registered for the WWI draft in Missouri in 1818.[1] His occupation was civil engineer. His wife was Stella Ladd Davis.
By 1920, the couple was living in Morrilton, Conway, Arkansas.[2] They were still there in 1930.[3]
When he registered for the WWII draft in 1942, they were living in Little Rock, Pulaski, Arkansas.[4]
He passed away in 1972.[5] Burial was in the Roselawn Memorial Park in Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, USA[6]
