Biography

James came to Western Australia as a prisoner on the Runnymede, arriving on 7 September 1856.[1]

He married Margaret Moore, daughter of Thomas Moore and Mary Kerwin, on 1 November 1859 at Victoria Plains.[2]

They had four children to 1865 and then appear to have left the colony.
