- Burra High School
- Wednesday evening, December 19th, at the Institute a crowded attendance greeted the students of the local High School on the occasion of their annual concert and distribution on prizes.
- Clem Davey also received well deserved applause for his piano forte solo, 'Balmoral' (Scotch fantasia), and a most unusual occurrence, this gifted pianist received a prolonged encore. Clem also acted as pianist throughout and his correct and expressive accompaniments contributed very much to the pleasure of the evening.
