Biography

Richard Anderson Davey was born on 20 August 1908 in Sale, Victoria, Australia, the son of Johnetta (Anderson) Davey and Edgar Robert Davey.^[1][2]

He married Mary Weir Fleming on 25 February 1937 at the Littlejohn Memorial Chapel, Scotch College, Hawthorn, Victoria.^[3][4] Their children were:

• Margaret Florence Davey (1938–1939)^[5][6]
• Alison Livingston Davey (1942–1943)^[7][8]

Richard died on 2 August 1984 in Katunga, Victoria, aged 75 years.^[1][2] His remains were interred at Cobram Cemetery in Cobram, Victoria.^[2]
